We're a gathered group of people simply trying to practice the Way of Jesus together. We practice resurrection by fostering a community that prays, that serves, and that forgives. We move as a community by putting one foot in front of the other, following the wind of the Spirit one step at a time. We’re a community in process and formation, apprenticing to Jesus along the way.

  • Who We Are

    Above all else, we're followers of Jesus Christ. We believe that He was the Son of God, and that He meant what He said to His disciples, "I have come that you may have life, and have life abundant". We live our lives by taking Him at His word. We're a humble community of people simply trying to practice the Way of Jesus together.

  • Where We Come From

    Life Abundant was started by accident in the 1980's. A group of young people who were attending Mainline Churches at the time were inspired by fresh moves of the Holy Spirit and started meeting in a small group to practice their faith in a new way. That small group soon turned into a not so small group, and before we knew it we were starting to look like a church. Now rooted deeply in the Niagara region, we love and serve the community of Niagara on the Lake!

  • Where We’re Going

    We believe that God looks like Jesus. He is the greatest revelation of who God has always been, and for that reason we wholeheartedly follow him. It’s our belief that God has come to live with us, and therefore he longs to see earth look more like Heaven. This looks like fostering a community that loves, that worships, and that believes in the impossible. We move as a community by putting one foot in front of the other, following the wind of the Spirit one step at a time.
